Where to begin. I've been overweight my entire adult life but it never really dawned on me how overweight I was till I sat at a table in a local fast food chain. I ate my burger and fries or rather, I inhaled my burgers and fries and washed it down with a huge chocolate milkshake. When I tried to stand up to leave, I couldn't get out of the chair because it stuck to my butt. When a few people in the placed laughed at me, I knew it was because I was so fat.
